Description
The position requires the ability to effectively manage and coordinate people, activities and available resources to accomplish property objectives as established by the annual budget, Regional Property Manager, and property Owner. These objectives will include completing a new lease-up, maximizing occupancy levels and property values. The Property Manager is directly responsible for maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in high-end residential property management field, at least three (3) years as Manager. New construction lease-up experience required.
