Administers and maintains all phases of community operations under the direction of the Regional Manager. Specific areas of responsibility include personnel functions, community maintenance, monitoring market conditions, budget control, advertising and resident relations.
A minimum of two years residential or commercial property management experience, including supervisory responsibilities, is preferred.
