Landlord seeking on-site representative to assist in daily activities for a total of 30 rental apartments in Coral Gables, FL located in 3 separate buildings (within walking distance). Spanish fluency required, able to communicate in English as well.


• Assist in rental collections as needed
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with main office
• Rent vacant units including open houses on weekends/evenings as needed (occasionally)
• Landlord/tenant relations
