Banta Properties is currently seeking a leasing agent for their Colonial Park Apartment Community. We need a dynamic leasing agent with a real go-getter personality.

In addition to processing rental applications and participating in day-to-day contact with residents. The leasing professionals responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Answering phones

Showing Apartments

Preparing Leases

Preparing Renewals

Marketing Outreach

Skills / Requirements

Multi task oriented

Positive, honest, dependable, and eager attitude

Ability and willingness to solve problems with successful outcomes

Able to promote and market the apartment community in effective and creative ways

Professional appearance and demeanor

Computer savvy and able to work with Microsoft Word

Quickbooks a plus

Bi-lingual a must (Spanish & English)
