Skills / Requirements
Prior residential property management experience, with a strong focus on resident relations, while still upholding community appearance standards;
Demonstrated leadership capabilities;
Excellent bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills; and,
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. **Free housing is often included as part of the benefit/compensation package.
